Call for Presenters and Selection Process
Selection process:
Submission of proposals: Complete the online form with the session topic, format, speaker's biography and learning objectives.
Review: The content team and consultants evaluate each proposal for relevance, innovation, experience and audience participation.
Selection: The proposals that best suit the interests of the attendees are selected.
4. Confirmation: Logistical details are coordinated and sessions are promoted.
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated under the following criteria:
- Topic Relevance: Innovative topics of interest to technical, business and leadership audiences.
- Technical Depth: Proposals that offer a detailed and specific analysis of the technical aspects of the industry.
- Innovation and Practical Tools: Presentations that provide ideas and practical tools that attendees can apply immediately.
- Interactivity: Sessions designed to promote active audience participation, including questions and discussions.
- Speaker Experience: The speaker should have technical expertise and a proven track record in the proposed area.
- Deadline Compliance: Proposals must be submitted in full and by the specified deadline. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. (Deadline: May 29)

The call for submissions is open to AV industry experts, sales managers, educational content developers, technology innovators, and other professionals with relevant experience in the proposed topics. For more details, please review the target audiences for each program (Educational, Conference, Pro Training).
We are looking for proposals that address innovative and highly relevant topics for the audiovisual industry in Latin America. Topics should be practical, interactive and provide value to both technical and decision makers. See the list of priority topics in each program for more information.
You can submit your proposal using the online registration form. Be sure to fill in all the required information before the deadline. Please note that the deadline for submitting proposals is May 29, 2026.
The content creation team, with the support of Latam's content advisory group, will review all proposals based on relevance to the topic, speaker experience, technical depth, innovation and applicability of the content. Only complete proposals submitted by the deadline will be considered.
Selected speakers will have the opportunity to:

Infocomm Latin America will provide marketing and promotional tools to help speakers raise awareness of their sessions, including graphic materials, social media templates, and pre- and post-event attendee lists.
If for any reason you are unable to attend, we ask that you notify the organizers as soon as possible so that we can adjust the schedule and allow other professionals to present in your place.
