Pro Training

The content and speakers are defined by the exhibitor. You can offer one or two hour sessions. 

Space is limited, so we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible. 

Each exhibitor may present up to 15 sessions. These sessions are open to all attendees with a valid educational pass, which grants unlimited access to the training sessions. 

Important: Only confirmed exhibitors at InfoComm América Latina are eligible to participate.

 

Learning levels

Attendees have different levels of experience. Tailor your content considering the key profiles of the event: end users, technology managers, integrators and designers. Indicate the level of your session:

• Advanced: for participants with extensive experience in the subject.
• Intermediate: for those who have knowledge and some practice.
• Beginner: for those who are new to the subject.

 

Room layout

The sessions will be held in rooms at the WTC with the following support included:

• Classroom with tables, chairs, head table and podium
• LCD projector, screen, sound system, lavalier microphone, etc.
• Signage with timetables
• Access control personnel
• Additional tables for product display
• Attendance list and post-event evaluation

You may display posters (with stands) and promotional materials in the room. 

Additional resources, such as internet access or technical staff, can be requested at an additional cost.
