MWDisplay will showcase rental LED displays with Hard-Link connectivity at the 2026 InfoComm América Latina
Projects involving events, shows, exhibitions, and temporary productions require LED solutions capable of withstanding frequent setup and takedown without compromising the system’s stability. With this need as one of its main focuses, MWDisplay will participate for the first time in “ InfoComm América Latina ” 2026, October 21–23 at the World Trade Center in Mexico City.
The company specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of LED screens for rental. Its portfolio includes indoor and outdoor solutions for stages, portable, quick-installation displays, and systems based on the Hard-Link HUBPCB connection, aimed primarily at rental companies, audiovisual integrators, and stage engineering teams.
According to Philip, Sales Director at MWDisplay, the company aims to develop products that meet three needs that are particularly important for this type of project: stability, quick installation, and ease of maintenance.
“We focus on offering stable, competitively priced, and easy-to-install LED screens, backed by technical support tailored to the diverse needs of event companies, AV integrators, and stage engineering teams.”
LED Screens Designed for the Rental Market
A permanent installation and a screen used constantly at events face very different challenges.
In the rental and staging industry, cabinets can be transported, connected, disconnected, and reinstalled numerous times over their service life. Therefore, the durability of the components and the reliability of the connections have a direct impact on day-to-day operations.
MWDisplay notes that its Hard-Link HUBPCB displays have already been used in projects in Latin America related to entertainment, exhibition booths, brand roadshows, weddings, and corporate conferences, particularly in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.
The company notes that the speed of assembly and the stability of the connections have been particularly valued in applications where the same equipment must be used repeatedly.
“Our customers particularly value the quick installation, the stability of the connection, the signal continuity, and the ability to reuse the equipment frequently,” says Philip.
This combination is designed to address a common challenge faced by rental companies: the less time spent on setup and troubleshooting technical issues, the greater the equipment’s availability for new projects.

What changes with a HUBPCB hard link connection?
One of MWDisplay's major new products at InfoComm América Latina will be the launch of an updated version of its Hard-Link HUBPCB Rental LED Display.
The difference lies mainly in the internal architecture of the cabinet.
Instead of relying on multiple connections via flexible cables between the various components, the system uses an integrated HUBPCB structure that creates direct connections between the electronic modules.
According to the company, this design aims to reduce problems related to loose cables, signal interruptions, or instability caused by wear and tear associated with frequent disassembly.
“The new model uses an integrated HUBPCB rigid-to-rigid connection structure, designed to ensure a precise fit and reduce wiring issues, signal interruptions, and instability during display assembly,” explains Philip.
For rental companies, this change can offer a practical advantage: fewer internal components to handle during service calls and a more organized setup for equipment that is constantly being moved from one project to another.
Live assembly and disassembly during InfoComm América Latina
MWDisplay will do more than just display the products powered on inside its booth.
Visitors will be able to observe the actual process of assembling and disassembling the cabinets to understand how the Hard-Link architecture works and compare its construction to solutions that use traditional cable connections.
The demonstration will also showcase features such as tool-free installation, high refresh rates, signal stability, and image uniformity.
“We want visitors to be able to see the entire process and experience firsthand the benefits of a rigid connection—from the speed of assembly to the system’s internal organization,” says Philip.

Less maintenance time, more uptime
Reducing technical issues is one of the key selling points behind MWDisplay's proposal for the rental market.
When a screen is in constant use, a malfunction during a setup can cause delays that affect not only the video system but also the overall production schedule.
For this reason, the company believes that the evolution of connection systems within cabinets will become increasingly important.
Philip observes a growing demand in Latin America for equipment that combines stability with faster installation processes and lower maintenance requirements.
“Rental companies are increasingly looking for LED equipment that offers greater stability, quick setup, and lower maintenance costs. We believe that Hard-Link solutions will play an important role in that evolution.”
For MWDisplay, InfoComm América Latina also represents an opportunity to tap into a market where events, brand experiences, corporate productions, and stage applications continue to expand the use of LED technologies.
A space specifically geared toward the events market
The company expects to welcome primarily audiovisual rental companies, stage engineering firms, exhibition suppliers, system integrators, and project contractors.
In addition to learning about the new product, these professionals will be able to discuss specific configurations, supply capacity, and how solutions can be tailored to the characteristics of each project with the team.
MWDisplay's participation aims to enable direct technology comparisons on the exhibition floor.
“We invite visitors to InfoComm América Latina to learn about our new Hard-Link HUBPCB rental LED display, directly compare the differences between a rigid connection and a traditional solution, and talk with our team about applications for future projects.”
