MAXHUB opens its Experience Center in Mexico
MAXHUB officially opened its new Experience Center in Mexico City, a space designed to allow integrators, end users, and strategic partners to experience collaboration and unified communications solutions in real-world scenarios.
The showroom opening brought together representatives from the audiovisual industry, technology partners, and industry experts, including AVIXA. During the event, Sergio Gaitán, CTS, AVIXA’s Regional Manager for Mexico and Central America, moderated a panel discussion focused on the evolution of workspaces and the new dynamics of hybrid collaboration in Latin America.
Sergio commented: “The panel featured Walter García (Maxhub), Ernesto Montañez (Biamp), Raúl Hernández (Steelcase), and Juan Manuel Cortés (Kramer), who discussed the present and future of collaboration. Coming from different companies, it is very enriching to share perspectives, explore new avenues, and anticipate the changes that may lie ahead, as well as the steps needed to better respond to those potential scenarios.”
The opening of this showroom clearly aligns with and contributes to the company’s local strategy; however, from a broader perspective, it is also part of a global strategy, as this is just one of three MAXHUB showrooms opened in less than 45 days, with Irvine (California) and Dubai being the other selected cities.
The event was also attended by members of the company’s team from other countries, including some of its product engineers from China, Valeria Lisang and Luiz Guilherme Mayworm—sales managers for the Southern Cone and Brazil, respectively—and Aaron Xiang, the company’s Managing Director.

Mexico City, a business hub
According to the MAXHUB Latin America team, the decision to open this space in Mexico City reflects the current state of the corporate market in the region.
“Companies in Mexico and the region have already established their hybrid work models and are now looking to refine them. We knew that to solidify our leadership position, catalogs and virtual presentations weren’t enough; we needed a physical space where our customers and partners could experience the MAXHUB ecosystem firsthand,” they said.
It also emphasized that the Mexican capital is a strategic location for the company.

A space designed for experiencing technology
Beyond serving as a traditional showroom, the Experience Center was designed as an immersive environment where visitors can test solutions in real-world collaborative settings.
According to the company’s team, the goal is to create a hands-on experience that reflects the day-to-day challenges organizations face. “We don’t want people to see a museum of screens, but rather a productivity lab.”
The space features a variety of configurations, ranging from huddle rooms equipped with unified communications bars to executive meeting rooms with interactive XBoard series panels and all-in-one LED solutions for auditoriums and large-scale corporate spaces.
It also features sections dedicated to educational applications, reflecting the growing convergence of AV technology, collaboration, and hybrid learning.

User experience as a priority
One of the key topics discussed during the opening ceremony was the importance of user experience in today's technology projects.
For MAXHUB, ease of use remains one of the key factors in the adoption of new collaboration platforms. “If the technology is complicated, people simply avoid it, and the return on investment is lost.”
The company noted that many of the inquiries they receive from customers relate to operational simplicity, integration, and fairness in hybrid meetings. “The number one challenge is end-user adoption: ‘Is it easy to use for someone who isn’t in IT?’”
For them, another key point is ensuring a consistent experience for both in-person and remote participants. “How can I make sure that those at home can hear and see just as well as those in the room?”

Regional Hub for Partners and Integrators
In addition to serving as a technology showcase, MAXHUB hopes that the Experience Center will function as a regional hub for training and business development in Latin America.
This space will serve as a business development hub, not only to demonstrate technology to end users in Mexico, but also as a training and certification center for the brand’s wholesalers, integrators, and strategic partners throughout the region.
The company also highlighted the maturity of Mexico's integration ecosystem and its importance for regional expansion.
With this opening, MAXHUB is joining the trend among manufacturers seeking to bring their solutions closer to the market through experiential spaces, where direct interaction with the technology becomes a key part of the adoption and purchasing decision process.
