Club Industrial Modernizes Its Spaces with an Integrated AV Experience

Club Industrial Modernizes Its Spaces with an Integrated AV Experience
AVI-SPL supported the technological modernization of one of Nuevo León’s most exclusive business and social venues.

The audiovisual experience has become a key component for corporate, social, and hospitality spaces seeking to offer more flexible, intuitive, and versatile environments. In the case of Club Industrial in Nuevo León, this need was central to its modernization process.

Recognized as one of the most exclusive business and social venues in Latin America, Club Industrial needed an AV solution capable of supporting executive meetings, social events, presentations, hybrid collaboration, and digital experiences all within a single ecosystem.

The goal was not only to incorporate equipment, but also to improve the way members, employees, and visitors interact with the spaces through technology that is reliable, easy to use, and consistent across all rooms.

A unified experience for different types of spaces

Before the upgrade, the venue faced challenges common to multipurpose spaces: non-integrated videoconferencing systems, differing configurations across rooms, and varying needs depending on the type of event or user.

AVI-SPL was selected to design and implement a unified collaboration experience throughout the venue. The project included seven multipurpose rooms, two divisible spaces, a large main hall, and digital signage.

The focus was on creating continuity between the spaces. Each room can operate independently, but it can also be integrated into a broader system, allowing users to have a similar experience no matter where they are.

Intuitive Technology for Meetings and Events

The solution integrated technologies from brands such as Crestron, LG, Shure, and QSC, along with other digital signage and cabling providers. The design made it possible to combine collaboration, audio, video, control, signage, and support within a cohesive audiovisual architecture.

Members can share content on screens via HDMI or wirelessly, making it easy to conduct presentations, meetings, and collaborative sessions without relying on complex setups.

In the meeting rooms, built-in cameras, microphones, and speakers allow users to start meetings directly from the room's system, reducing the need to use personal laptops or make manual adjustments before each session.

One of the most important aspects was ease of use. Centralized touch panels allow users to control lighting, audio, video, and videoconferencing from a single interface. This reduces friction for users and helps the technology integrate naturally into the venue experience.

The AVI-SPL engineering team summed it up clearly: “Meetings just start.”

Audio, Control, and Digital Signage

In hybrid collaboration spaces, audio is one of the factors that most influences the quality of the experience. For Club Industrial, the system incorporated ceiling-mounted microphones and architectural speakers, with the goal of providing clear sound pickup and balanced sound reproduction in different types of rooms.

This infrastructure makes it possible to support both hybrid meetings and larger-scale presentations while maintaining a consistent audio experience.

Digital signage also plays a strategic role within the facility. Located in areas such as the lobby and hallways, it helps reinforce the Club’s identity, guide visitors, and convey relevant information at various points along the tour.

Implementation and Technical Support

Modernizing operational spaces requires precise coordination. In this case, AVI-SPL worked closely with the Club Industrial team to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, addressing changes in requirements without compromising the project timeline.

The support included solution design, validation in the showroom, full implementation, ongoing technical support, and specialized on-site technicians.

This last point was particularly important to the client, as it ensured that expert assistance was available for day-to-day operations. In projects of this type, post-installation support can be just as important as the initial integration, especially when the technology is part of a brand’s premium experience.

Club Industrial highlighted the confidence that having specialized support provided. “Having a technician on site gave us complete confidence. We knew that expert support was always available,” said Mayra González, Member Services and Quality at Club Industrial.

“AVI-SPL didn’t just deliver a project. It became a strategic partner in our evolution,” added Tere González, General Manager of Club Industrial.

A premium experience poised for growth

The result was a more seamless, adaptable, and consistent collaboration experience for partners, employees, and visitors. People can move between different rooms confident that they will find a similar setup, clear audio, integrated video conferencing, and intuitive controls.

Audiovisual technology became part of the Club's value proposition, helping to enhance the perception of its spaces and its positioning as a premium venue in the region.

The project also reflects a growing trend in Latin America: corporate, social, and hospitality spaces need AV solutions that not only function technically but also enhance the user experience.

A case that sets the stage for discussions at InfoComm América Latina

Cases such as that of Club Industrial demonstrate why AV integration is playing an increasingly strategic role in the transformation of corporate, social, and hospitality spaces.

These discussions will take place at InfoComm América Latina , where integrators, manufacturers, consultants, and end users will be able to learn about solutions applied to real-world projects, compare technologies, and talk with specialists about the current challenges facing the audiovisual industry.
