AV integration projects in enterprise environments rarely fail solely because of the technology. The main challenges arise when dependencies between infrastructure, networks, collaboration platforms, corporate systems, security, and governance processes are not identified early on.

In this session, Brenda Yazmin Bravo Urrutia presents a framework for designing and validating AV-IT integrations in complex organizations, particularly in financial and regulated environments. Through architectural patterns, governance criteria, and validation metrics, attendees will learn how to identify critical dependencies, reduce rework, and prevent issues from arising during deployment.

A session aimed at system integrators, consultants, AV designers, IT professionals, and end users who work in environments where traceability, availability, and system governance are not optional.
By the end of this session, attendees will have a replicable framework for taking their enterprise AV integration projects from the design phase through to production, minimizing risks, rework, and last-minute issues.
