Jenn Bisharah Eagen is Director of the Cisco Practice at AVI-SPL, the world's largest and most comprehensive AV and collaboration technology integrator. She leads the strategic programmatic development of AVI-SPL's Cisco Americas program, seeing strategies set by executive leadership through from concept to execution thereby driving revenue growth, sales enablement, and solution innovation that has helped position AVI-SPL as a consistent top 5 global reseller of Cisco collaboration devices and enabled record-breaking year-over-year growth.

Over four-plus years with AVI-SPL and more than a decade experience in the AV industry, Jenn has built her expertise from the ground up, since 2022 earning 43 Cisco Black Belt certifications spanning hybrid work, AI fundamentals, wearables and peripherals, and small/medium business solutions. She spearheaded the Cisco Collaboration Assessment Incentive Program, which launched as AVI-SPL's #1 Cisco partner initiative, including the most comprehensive partner initiative launched to date.

A 2024 Commercial Integrator Top 40 Under 40 honoree, Jenn combines strategic execution with a talent for translating complex AV/UC solutions into clear value for sales teams and clients alike.
