Chris is a Classroom Educational Technology Support Manager at The Ohio State University With 15 years of experience in higher education AV/IT. He started his career in higher ed. as a non-traditional student in a Tier 1 support role. Chris was promoted to a Lead AV Install and Support Technician managing classroom AV installs and training student AV support techs. In 2017, he moved to Classroom Educational Technology Support Manager where he trains and manages 45-50 tier 1 support techs.
