Vince Lepore is Director of Global Training at Audinate, where he oversees the company's worldwide training and certification program for the Dante platform. His 25-year career spans live sound, broadcast, and AV production, including a decade as a Technical Director for large houses of worship, several years producing esports events, and two years in television engineering with WWE. Before joining Audinate in 2022, Vince spent 18 years at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida—the first 13 as an educator helping to launch the careers of hundreds of AV and broadcast professionals, and the last five as Director of Event Technical Operations. That combination of hands-on production experience and a deep background in education shapes how he approaches training on a global scale.
