Sergio Molho has been a key force at WSDG, a global architecture and acoustical design firm, since 2016, when he was named Partner and Director of Business Development.  

A founding partner of WSDG Latin America in 1994, Sergio has consistently provided technical, acoustical and architectural oversight, along with project management for all WSDG Latino projects. Today, he oversees the firm's technical, marketing, social media and business management strategies across multiple offices. 

With a career spanning over four decades, Sergio has been a prominent figure in the audio/video and recording industry since 1982. As an accomplished keyboardist and vocalist, he fronted the popular Argentine funk band CASH in the 1980s. His experience as an engineer, composer and producer has been instrumental in international productions for major labels such as Sony and Warner. Sergio's technical prowess extends from AV systems integration/design to project management for award-winning projects such as Circo Beat Studios, the Faena Hotel & Universe, designed by Philippe Starck. Notably, he led the installation of the first IMAX 3D theater in Latin America. 

Sergio is an active member of the Argentine Chamber of Acoustics (AAC), the Audio Engineering Society (AES), AVIXA-INFOCOMM and other professional organizations. He is a frequent contributor to technical workshops and is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and education of acoustics and electroacoustics as they relate to architecture. As WSDG's Director of International Relations, Sergio plays a crucial role in promoting and acquiring new business worldwide.
