Sergio has worked in the AV industry since 1980, has been part of leading companies, has been trained by the best and has participated in several different positions, which allows him to have a broad overview. He has collaborated doing almost everything, but he is good at developing teams, contributing to the creation of standards and processes to obtain global recognition. 

Like everyone else, he has struggled, suffered and almost cried when things don't work out, but at the same time, he enjoys the challenges of initiating complex projects and finding ways to explain to AV users the issues from a non-technical point of view.

When the opportunity arises, he volunteers on topics that contribute. He loves to talk over coffee (he prefers whiskey, but if it's in the morning... coffee is fine) and music, one of his favorite topics is how to do things better for the benefit of the user.
