Sergio Gaitan is passionate about technology, continuous improvement, innovation and unparalleled user experiences.
Graduated in Marketing, with training in customer service, sales and Service Design, has the DTCP certification (Design Thinking Certificate Professional), CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) from AVIXA, and an MBA with certificate in Business Analytics from Indiana Technological University.
With over 20 years of experience in the AV industry, he has held roles ranging from AV planning and design, to project management and business development for technology integration companies in Mexico.
Sergio is Regional Manager for Mexico and North Central America, his responsibilities are to develop AVIXA's presence, disseminate and promote its programs in the region.
