Ruben Rengel is Executive Vice President at Absen, where he contributes to the strategic direction of the Display Business Group and leads global initiatives in strategy, business development and market growth. His work focuses on aligning efforts across regions, strengthening teams and delivering innovative solutions that consolidate Absen's leadership in display technology, generating value across multiple industries.

A graduate of Harvard Business School, Ruben has a strong multidisciplinary background that combines an EMBA from Harvard's PLDA program, an MBA and a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering. Throughout his career, he has led multicultural teams, optimized sales channels and established high-impact partnerships in Europe, the United States, Asia and Latin America. His passion lies in leveraging innovation, collaboration and strategic vision to drive sustainable growth and generate meaningful results for different stakeholders.In addition to his role at Absen, he is active in industry organizations and advisory boards. He is currently part of the AVIXA Sustainability Advisory Group, contributing to initiatives that promote environmental responsibility, good governance and sustainable development within the professional AV industry.
