Raúl Bustos, an engineer, is a specialist in auditory training, a communications engineer, and an educator with more than 15 years of experience. He holds two certificates in neuroscience from the INECO-U Institute. As the founder of the Sonic Ear Training Institute, he developed the “critical listening” methodology: auditory neuroperception. He was recognized with the Teaching Innovation Award at SAE Institute Mexico (2022). He has led workshops, conferences, and training sessions for institutions such as AES, AES LAC, Expo Sound:check, the Mexican Audiophile Society, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Anáhuac University, and the National Sound Archive.
