Monica Acosta is a computer engineer from ITAM, with master's degrees in Information Technology (ITAM) and in Telecommunications with emphasis on enterprise networks (ENST Bretagne, France). With more than 25 years in technology - at Telmex, Tellabs and 14 years at Cisco - she has held various positions that have allowed her to understand the technological cycles from end to end. She has learned to connect business and technology through certifications and frameworks such as: design thinking, service design, trend analysis, futures design. She is an executive and team coach (EMCC), mentor in different Cisco leadership programs, facilitator of I Am Remarkable (since 2024) and co-leader of the Women of Cisco community for LATAM.
