Joseph oversees AVIXA’scharitable mission through the AVIXA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to fostering new career opportunities and upskilling tomorrow’s AV/IT professionals. The Foundation proudly runs several programs, community partnerships, and impact funds that help ensure a bright future for the AV/IT industry.  

Joseph’s decades of experience in the industry also enable him to serve as a key voice in shaping AVIXA’s global industry engagement strategy. Whether launching workforce development programs, creating new career pathways in partnership with schools and nonprofit organizations, or guiding product strategy, he is a dedicated servant leader who consistently works for the public good on behalf of the AV community.
