Jesús Antonio Cruz Aviña is an executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, marketing, and business and corporate development, with an international track record in the technology, electronics, IT, and professional solutions sectors.

Throughout his career, he has led teams and operations in Mexico and Latin America, developing business strategies, new markets, and business channels, as well as driving transformation and sustainable growth.

His experience combines a strong business, strategic, and technological vision with a deep ability to build high-performance teams, identify opportunities, and turn them into results.

He holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, an MBA in International Business, and has completed various executive programs in leadership, marketing, coaching, and business development.

Currently, as Chief Commercial Officer at LEDEC, he leads the global Sales and Marketing divisions, as well as the growth strategy for the company’s various business lines and those of Stage AV.
