Gabriela Molina is an entrepreneur by nature; she has built her career by developing services and solutions that facilitate the adoption of new technologies with a user-centered approach. She currently leads the business development of the Technology Management Services project for Latin America at AVI-SPL, promoting an innovative vision of technology management and the evolution of the audiovisual industry.

She is a co-founder of Proyecciones Digitales S.A., a company that has specialized in AV technology integration since 1996, and the founder of Molver Technology, which focuses on strategies for hybrid work and liquid technology. Throughout her career, she has led technology transformation and change management projects, establishing herself as a professional with extensive experience in innovation, consulting, and the development of solutions for organizations in constant evolution.
