I am a Colombian entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience leading projects in the events, audiovisual technology, and sustainability sectors. I am the founder of De Las Abuelas, a corporate catering company with a sustainable focus in Bogotá and Medellín, and for the past 5 years I have been part of the management team at Integración AV, a leading audiovisual integrator in Colombia and Latin America.

My career combines strategy, business management, and market development with a constant commitment to fostering talent in the AV industry. As an active member of AVIXA on the LSC, the Sustainability Advisory Group, the Women’s Council, and the Latam Content Advisory Group, I lead professional development initiatives by connecting experiences, opportunities, and the community within the AV ecosystem.

I firmly believe in the power of AV technology as a bridge between people and a driver of transformation, and that leadership careers are built on deliberate decisions, strategic relationships, and continuous learning.
