An engineer by profession, she is Label Manager at Sony Music Mexico and a specialist in artist development and positioning strategies in the music industry. Before joining Sony, she worked as Head of Artist Marketing at ONErpm Andes, leading campaigns for several artists in the region. Of Peruvian origin, she has built her career in different territories in Latin America: in Colombia she worked with projects such as LosPetitFellas and Nanpa Básico, consolidating experience in management, marketing and international tours. Currently based in Mexico, she shares her vision in spaces for training and reflection on music and the cultural industry.
