Tours 2026: Five Tours to Discover InfoComm América Latina from a Different Perspective

Tours 2026: Five Tours to Discover InfoComm América Latina from a Different Perspective
The program includes three Show Floor Tours designed for different types of visitors and two integrated experiences that take learning beyond the exhibition floor.

Visiting InfoComm América Latina means discovering a wide range of brands, solutions, technologies, and opportunities in just a few days. To help attendees make the most of their time, the 2026 edition features a program of tours designed to guide, connect, and enrich the experience based on different interests.

The program is divided into two formats: Show Floor Tours, guided tours of the exhibition floor, and Integrated Experience Tours, which combine learning, interaction, and hands-on activities in spaces dedicated to audio and immersive experiences.

Three Ways to Tour the Exhibition Floor

The Show Floor Tours will take place on October 21 and are designed to help different types of visitors quickly identify what might be of interest to them at the event.

At 12:30 p.m., “The Experience Begins Here” will be geared specifically toward first-time visitors to InfoComm América Latina . The tour will provide an understanding of how the show is organized, what the main technology categories are, and how to navigate a floor that brings together solutions in audio, collaboration, digital signage, enterprise IT, design and integration, and learning spaces. It will be led by Sergio Enrique Gaitán Serrano, CTS, AVIXA’s Regional Manager for Mexico and Northern Central America.

At 2:30 p.m., “Technology That Drives Your Operations” will focus on end users and professionals who use or are considering incorporating AV technology to support their businesses. The session will be led by Ana María Restrepo, AVIXA’s Regional Manager for the Andean Region and Southern Central America, and will cover applications related to meeting rooms, learning spaces, enterprise IT, design and integration, and project management.

Later, at 4:30 p.m., the Show Floor Tour for International Visitors will offer an analysis of the market from a regional perspective. The tour, led by Nelson Baumgratz, CTS-D, CTS-I, AVIXA’s Mercosur Regional Manager, will help participants identify brands with a significant presence in Latin America, understand differences in technology adoption, and learn about key players in the regional AV ecosystem.

From walking through the fair to experiencing technology

On October 22, it will be the turn of the Integrated Experience Tours—two programs that break away from the usual exhibition floor format to introduce attendees to specific audiovisual applications.

At 11:00 a.m., the Sonidario tour will take participants on a tour of the National Sound Archive’s immersive listening room at Los Pinos. The space features a dome with 46 speakers and uses fifth-order ambisonic technology to reproduce three-dimensional sound with height and depth. During the visit, participants will be able to listen to works of sound art and learn about the expressive possibilities of this type of system.

The event will be hosted by Francisco J. Rivas, Director of the National Sound Archive, and Luis García, Music Producer at the Directorate for the Promotion and Dissemination of Sound.

At 1:00 p.m., “Aqüífera—An Immersive Experience of Art, Technology, and Awareness” will offer a visual and auditory journey inspired by the oceans, their species, and ecosystems. The experience uses audiovisual media to connect art, technology, and environmental reflection centered on water and marine conservation.

Choose a route based on your profile

The variety of tours allows participants to experience the event in ways that cater to a wide range of needs.

First-time participants can get a general overview; end users can identify applications related to their operations; international visitors can gain a better understanding of the Latin American market; and those looking to delve deeper into immersive audio or sensory experiences can do so through the integrated tours.

The idea is not to replace the free-form exploration of the event, but rather to provide a clearer starting point and help each visitor find what truly adds value for them.

The Show Floor Tours will take place on October 21, and the Integrated Experience Tours on October 22, during “ InfoComm América Latina ” 2026 in Mexico City.
