Pulse - Creating Imaginary Worlds: From Idea to Experience
Through the case study of the CEIBA exhibition at the Las Condes Immersive Museum in Chile, we will explore the entire process behind a highly complex immersive experience: technological planning, artistic conceptualization, and physical integration—from the initial idea to its on-site implementation.
We will analyze the technical decisions behind the project—including pushing LED screens to their performance limits—and how a small team, through efficient resource management, achieved a result that traditionally requires much larger teams. The talk debunks the notion that this level of production requires large budgets or imported talent: the difference lies in execution, not in access to knowledge.
Aimed at AV professionals in Latin America, this serves as a gateway to the actual process of creating immersive experiences: technical, creative, and replicable throughout the region.
