From Concept to Opening Day: How to Coordinate 16 Immersive Productions Simultaneously Without Losing Control

Design and Integration Events and Entertainment Immersive Experiences
When Mundo Charro commissioned us to launch its theme park, the challenge wasn't to design a single attraction—it was to produce 16 at the same time, with multidisciplinary teams working in parallel and a single, fixed opening date.

José Matiella (CEO & Founder) and Pável Enríquez (Senior Producer) of voidXR explain how they coordinated creative direction, technical specifications, and production management into a single process, ensuring that no workstream fell out of sync with the others.

The session walks through the process applied to the real-world case: from the Discovery Workshop to Implementation and Opening Day, including the specific deliverables that kept the 16 teams on the same page, such as narrative scripts, as-built drawings, and AV system specifications.

The result is a replicable model for anyone who produces immersive experiences at scale—studios, AV integrators, and production companies—and needs to make it to opening day without losing either their creative vision or control over the production.
